Return and Refund Policy

At UnaCasetti, every print is produced and shipped with care. Please read this policy before completing your purchase.

Art Prints — All Sales Final Due to the nature of fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on prints unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@unacasetti.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong print, contact us within 7 days. We'll make it right.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
